The Evernote application has a Notebook named Trash. Any time that you delete a note, the note is moved to the Trash Notebook.
To restore a deleted note, follow these steps:
Step 1: Select and click on Notebooks. in the left column.
Step 2: Select and double click Trash Notebook.
Step 3: Select the Note that you want to restore.
Step 4: Press 'Restore Note' button.
The Note is automatically moved to your original Notebook.
